The idea of FooteWork came to owner, Ken Foote in the fall of 1997. Ken started the business out of his home office in January of 1998 as a title service, offering friends and business acquaintances his services. He would take their motor vehicle transactions to the MVD, wait in line to process their transactions and then hand-deliver each client’s title and registration. Ken developed his business and clientele during that first year while he persisted with the state to offer him a 3rd party provider authorization which allowed him to process the MVD transactions from his office. That persistence paid off on March 1999, when Ken opened the first FooteWork office on Willow Creek Road and Green Lane in Prescott.  In the Spring of 2001, the FooteWork office moved to its current location at 724 North Montezuma Street in Prescott, and as the business grew, Ken expanded the office in June of 2003 taking on another 1500 square feet of space. FooteWork continued to grow, and in December 2006, a second office in Prescott Valley was opened with plans for an office in Cottonwood and Chino Valley in the immediate future.
